Nepgear Twin Tails

So this is my sad attempt at making Nepgear with the twin tails hair style. Clearly one can tell this is no where near good enough. Another version will probably be in the works soon.

Oddly enough, this edit makes me think the Nepgear looks a little like Rise from P4.

Edit: Updated the image, now it looks far more presentable. Made that hair color just a bit more brighter, and edited the pony tails to make them more uniform and good looking.
